CODING FOR ALL - ONE DAY WORKSHOP
Coding is not just for extension classes or specialist groups, it is and should be for everyone in every class. Making coding happen in your class will enhance thinking skills, problem solving skills and address critical aspects of the Key Competencies in your classroom.
This workshop takes the mystery out of coding, it shows you how you can start coding in year one with ease. You will learn how to create a problem solving culture and a coding learning continuum in your school.
The workshop will show you a range of coding tools, apps and activities that you can use in class immediately. Learn how coding can be integrated into your existing programme and not be regarded as an extra in an already packed curriculum. By the end of the workshop you will have the confidence, skills and knowledge to effectively integrate coding into your class programme.

MAKING e-LEARNING WORK - ONE DAY WORKSHOP
Can't stop yourself from raiding the resource room? It's a great resource, but does it help your e-Learning pedagogy? Is e-Learning still an "extra" in your classroom even after SNUP and UFB?
This workshop will help you identify where you can enhance e-Learning in your classroom. It looks at the e-Learning cycle and how to create the infinite student feedback loop for deeper learning and increased student engagement.
You will be introduced to the principle of layering apps and website tools to maximise learning potential and you will have the opportunity to put into practice what you have learnt and create e-Learning activities to take back to your classrooms for use with your students straight away.

A Laugh
- A man walks into a bar with a roll of tarmac under his arm and says: ''Pint please, and one for the road.''
- I went to the doctors the other day and I said, 'Have you got anything for wind?' So he gave me a kite.
- My mother-in-law fell down a wishing well, I was amazed, I never knew they worked.
